My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, making it easy for me to get to my various appointments on time, but being on the 1st floor facing a busy road resulted in an undesirable experience. The service was a mix of experiences - from feeling like I was imposing when requesting a room change to encountering friendly and knowledgeable staff at other times.
